So there we were (we being Chantilly, Jacob, and I) watching the stars (through the ceiling of The Grind), minding our own business, when suddenly I heard some chit chat going on somewhere. I went to look and found Isaac and Elvira in the upstairs “guest” room. El was buck nekkid, Isaac was…… unfortunately not. After checking each of their KamaSimtra stats to satisfy myself that Isaac had only cheated with the cute teen that night, I quickly left. Resisting the temptation to direct any interaction between them. I didn’t want to risk having Elvira get angry at my precious Isaac. So…… back to Chantilly and Jacob and trying to see if Jacob wants a girlfriend with a bit of an unusual career.
I was gonna write this about finding Vlad’s grandson, Steven, hanging out at city hall with Elvira — and seeing her grab his arm and turn him into a vampire — and wishing I’d had the camera rolling. That makes the third time in about a week that she’s turned some sweet innocent local into a blood thirsty vampire. The first was a dude by the name of Roland Cryer. I don’t even remember when, where, why, or how he came into the game, so no big deal there.
Tragedy has again struck the town of SV2E. Ethan Hayes is no longer counted among the living, leaving just his older sisters Grace and Brianna to carry on the family — and a son born just a few sim-days ago. My daughter saw Elvira down at the diner and wanted to go there… just in case she killed someone. To liven things up a bit I had Joey convince brother Isaac to flirt with El — even though Isaac’s wife was just around the corner, along with her brother and sister. Isaac does what his big brother tells him and suddenly everyone on the lot is perturbed. Imagine my shock. So then I tell Joey to smooth things over a bit — to convince Grace to kiss her husband. Grace agrees, but Isaac acts all creeped out by it. *smh* I take control of Isaac and make him make up to his wife. An apology that slipped the queue, a heat of the moment kiss….. badaboom badabang they’re happy again. Then Ethan comes busting through and approaches El. They have some sort of disagreement. We (my daughter and I) both think this could be the end. But wait! There’s more! Continue reading
Remember back here where I told you about new coworkers moving in on my families? Remember how I was trying to decide what to do with the family that had been recklessly placed in harm’s way at Elvira’s house? I discovered that the father had been given a job with The Family and might actually have been a coworker for Joey — who’s been sitting alone at the bistro for years — so I let them stay. And I thought it would be interesting to see if they fared even half as well as Justin DiNapoli, a young man El took in when his father died. Continue reading
So… last night Elvira killed Michael outside the bookstore — and was arrested and taken to jail. After spending 8 hours playing dominoes, working out, or trying to tempt the key-holding dog with a bone, she was released. I tried to convince twallan to figure out how to increase the mandatory sentencing based on a sim’s rate of recidivism but it seems he retired before that became a reality. 😦 Hm… maybe Chain_Reaction would be able to make it happen… Oh Chaaaaainnnnn…! 😉 Anyway, Elvira and Vlad should both have to spend at least 12 hours in lockup at this point — she’s got 29 notches on her bedpost and he’s got 32! (They’ve both been officially declared psychopaths.) Continue reading
