Periodically I take pics that I think may add something to a story, then I never write the story or I find they don’t fit. I figure some of the images are still worth sharing in some form or another, so they’ll end up here. In the Gallery of Random Pics.
sunset before Seasons
Sunset Valley — the travel brochure view
The first rainbow spotted over Sunset Valley.
Eric Charming, walking on water as he returned to Barnacle Bay. (prior to the Seasons routing glitch)
A couple of teens taking the shortcut to Sunnyside Strand. Yes, that’s a buoy they’re running past. (after the Seasons routing glitch)
Vlad is modeling his new Grimmy jacket — a gift from Luvtehgeeks
Evan Kassanova; cuz I just like looking at him 🙂
Joey was heading off to work the other day… Yes, what you see behind him are his everyday clothes. No, I didn’t let him leave the house looking like that. Are you kidding? That hair just ain’t right!
I would have thought being dead would stop motive decay, but it looks like Daria was a dirty girl.
After performing last rites for Christina Wilson, Grimmy had a little fun at The Grind.
Grimmy didn’t make any tips for his counter dance. Poor Grimmy.
After completing last rites for Cory Kassanova, Grimmy was feeling a bit peckish. Had Cory opted for the fair food, like Grimmy, he might have been around for the birth of his son. Live and learn. Or die and let Grimmy have all the fun.
Vlad fall down go boom
Vlad showing off his spray tan. Tanning booths come in handy for vampires. Looking good, Vlad, looking good!
Autumn Huffman showing off her new spray tan. Gotta love the fish trying to steal the show!
Lucia Huffman and her horse, Raven. Raven is a Holsteiner from good jumper lines. They’re doing very well together in the show ring.
The first winter in Sunset Valley and like all kids, Lucia had to play in the snow.
Nikki Belham is dying after a vicious attack by the Helsings just 2 days after giving birth. Meanwhile Jason Rao, the ghost who refuses to die, continues building a snowman. Eventually he did notice the dead woman who was in his way.
One date with Kelly and… boom! Vlad’s thinking about rocks.
The sims have their own version of a fire dance. Not quite as thrilling as the Samoan dance — with all those flaming knives — but entertaining all the same.
Isaac Abraham married Gracie Hayes in what seems to have been a private ceremony. Her parents hosted the reception at their seaside manor. That’s Gracie, in red. Isaac is to her right. Regan Behrens is the one in gold, looking slightly put off by the whole affair.
On the left, Moe is talking to Gracie’s older sister Brianna. On the right, Vlad and Isaac are having a mam-to-man… With Vlad’s record, I hope he was getting some good advice from his son.
While training in Shang Simla, Olivia discovered she could break boards without breaking her hands.
What? Doesn’t everyone bathe in their everyday outfit?
Vlad and Elvira’s dog, Maynard. How this little Dachshund-looking thing grew up to be an Airedale-looking thing I’ll never know.
Zach Schlick. Joey & Hannah’s oldest turned out nice. 🙂
Some guys are just hot. Hot blooded, I mean — you know, to be able to go outside in the snow without a coat on…
I knew there was something I liked about that boy.
Wouldn’t you love for your husband to look at you like that at your reception? Too bad that isn’t her husband.
This is the groom, Terrence Charming.
Officer Quinn Field arresting a vampire for murder. But that’s not Vlad — would you believe that’s his first born son, Joey? And that’s Grimmy making the snow angel!
I am trying to figure out what it is about this hair style that the game LOVES so much. Every sim gets it when they age to elder. Several get it when they age up to YA or adult. Why? Why?? WHY???
Here’s that hair again. It seems to be tied to the Hayes family — every male in that family tree seems to get it when he ages up. This is Cody, Hannah’s son, the first shot was Hannibal, her brother.
Ever feel like you’re being watched?
It was a lovely day to visit the kissing booth at the Spring Festival.
Vlad made sure he got his money’s worth — especially since it almost cost him his life.
After being transferred to the dance club on the beach, Dennis arrived at work a little early one day. He decided to take a swim before reporting for duty.
Back in his uniform swim trunks.
One fine Saturday morning several of the Schlick family men gathered in front of city hall. Perhaps they’re opposed to blood diamonds? Or is it the new arranged marriages allowed by StoryProgression Phase 15?
Sometimes slow graphic rendering is a good thing. Ever wondered what goes on under the sheets?
I managed to capture a couple of shots of Carol Brady as she transformed from an ordinary housewife into a vampire.
Kinda freaky… and a wee bit creepy.
“Honey! There’s a horse in the house.” “Yes, dear, there is.” “Why…?” Thankfully I haven’t had to have that conversation yet. Yet.
Aisha Kassanova and her invisible, protesting Pegasus. The vampires (and friends) were protesting yetis. Glad the cavalry could be there and show support.
Recently Hannah and Joey’s cat, Dakota, passed into the Netherworld. It was nice to see how Grimmy comforted the feline in his moment of need. It’s kind of a shame that it had to happen so far from home, though.
